Return Policy

Digital products on our website are non refundable. If you have any problem in downloading please contact :

Physical paintings are non returnable.

For other physical products we have a 30-day policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement. We don't return only refund or replacement because it is a print on demand item. 
We’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Within 30 days of recieving a product you can send us a request with receipt number, invoice, product name, size, colour and the damage description with photos or videos. 

If there are multiple items make a separate frame for each one.

Your case will be investigated and if any damage is confirmed we will send a replacement or refund. Return of product is not required. 

NOTE: Please note we don't replace or refund if you ordered a wrong size or color(because it is a print on demand product)or if the shipping address was incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-refundable items
Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds on digital downloads, paintings, sale items, gift cards or if you ordered wrong size, wrong colour or gave us a wrong shipping address.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your PayPal or e-tranfer account within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
